Are your gowns made to order?
Most of our gowns are made in limited quantities in our Cairo atelier. Some styles are available for made-to-order in your measurements — please contact us to enquire.
Can I try on gowns before purchasing?
Yes! Our boutique in Ismailia offers private fittings by appointment. We highly recommend booking a fitting for bridal and soirée gowns to ensure the perfect fit.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery times and costs vary by destination. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.
What sizes do you carry?
Our gowns are typically available in sizes XS–XL. Many styles can be altered or made to your measurements. Size charts are available on each product page.
How do I care for my Vanley gown?
All our gowns should be dry cleaned only. We recommend storing your gown in the garment bag provided, hung in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unaltered items in their original packaging. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.
Can I get alterations done?
Alterations are available at our Ismailia boutique. Please contact us to book an alteration appointment. Note that altered garments cannot be returned.
