من خلال استخدام موقع Vanley by Helen أو إتمام أي طلب شراء، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بالشروط والأحكام التالية:

أحكام عامة

تحتفظ Vanley by Helen بالحق في رفض تقديم الخدمة لأي شخص وفي أي وقت وفقًا لتقديرها. كما نحتفظ بحق تعديل الأسعار أو تغيير أو إيقاف أي منتج في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق.

المنتجات والأسعار

جميع الأسعار المعروضة على الموقع تكون بالجنيه المصري أو بالعملة الموضحة وقت الشراء، وتشمل الضرائب المطبقة ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك. وفي حالة وجود أي خطأ في التسعير، نحتفظ بحق تصحيحه وسنقوم بإبلاغ العميل قبل تأكيد أو تنفيذ الطلب.

الطلبات

نحتفظ بحق رفض أو إلغاء أي طلب لأي سبب. وفي حال إلغاء الطلب من جانبنا بعد استلام أي مبالغ مالية، سيتم رد المبلغ بالكامل للعميل.

بإتمام عملية الشراء، يقر العميل بأنه بلغ السن القانوني ولديه الأهلية الكاملة لإبرام هذه المعاملة.

الملكية الفكرية

جميع المحتويات الموجودة على الموقع، بما في ذلك الصور والتصميمات والشعارات والنصوص والمحتوى التسويقي، هي ملكية حصرية لـ Vanley by Helen ومحمية بموجب قوانين حقوق الملكية الفكرية وحقوق النشر.

ولا يجوز نسخ أو إعادة نشر أو توزيع أو استخدام أي جزء من المحتوى دون الحصول على موافقة كتابية مسبقة من Vanley by Helen.

القانون المُطبق

تخضع هذه الشروط والأحكام لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية، وتختص المحاكم المصرية وحدها بالفصل في أي نزاع قد ينشأ فيما يتعلق باستخدام الموقع أو عمليات الشراء.

All prices are listed in the applicable currency and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you before processing your order.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. In cases where we cancel an order, you will be fully refunded. By placing an order, you represent that you are of legal age and have the authority to enter into this agreement.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, designs, and text — is the property of Vanley by Helen and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without express written permission.
